Build your own AI support bot
Your bot answers only from the information you give it. Here's how to go from sign-up to a live chat on your site.

Request your chatbot
On the Pricing page, fill in your name, email, website and the plan you want.

Open your login link
We email you a sign-in link. Opening it takes you straight to payment.

Choose a plan and pay
Starter $39, Growth $99 or Pro $249 a month — or yearly with two months free. Your bot unlocks within seconds of payment.

Add your business info
In your dashboard, open “Bot & install” and enter your business name, website, shipping, returns and contact details.

Teach it your answers
On the Knowledge page, add FAQs and products one by one, or paste/upload up to 300 questions and answers at once. Changes apply instantly.

Put it on your website
Copy the one-line code from “Bot & install” and paste it just before </body> on your site. A chat bubble appears in the corner.

Or share your bot link
No website? Share your hosted support page link (customersupportbuddy.com/b/your-bot) by email, social or text.

Answer what it can't
Questions the bot can't answer are flagged, and “Talk to a person” chats land in your inbox so your team can reply.
